Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on nono4d. By accessing or using the nono4d platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

You must be a resident of Indonesia, at least 21 years of age, and legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws applicable to you personally.
Each individual may hold only one active nono4d account. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts registered to other persons, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are subject to nono4d's published minimum and maximum limits.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim duplicate welcome offers, results in forfeiture and account closure.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, chip dumping, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited. nono4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
nono4d provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools immediately.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nono4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the nono4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the nono4d platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must meet all of the following criteria to open and maintain an Account on nono4d:
Age Verification: nono4d employs automated and manual age-verification checks at registration and during KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
2.2 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria in clause 2.1 are satisfied. nono4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one active Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, bank account, or e-wallet identifier — is strictly forbidden. nono4d uses automated duplicate-detection systems and will merge or close duplicate accounts, forfeiting any balances held in secondary accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, and your current Indonesian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. nono4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact nono4d support immediately via live chat.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting nono4d support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the Account is closed, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.
3.5 Account Closure by nono4d. nono4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where nono4d reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, nono4d requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting the following documents:
4.2 nono4d may request additional documentation at its discretion, including utility bills for address verification or source-of-funds declarations for high-volume accounts.
4.3 KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB). Documents submitted on Indonesian national holidays may take up to 48 hours to process.
Privacy Note: All KYC documents are handled in accordance with nono4d's Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nono4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change; refer to the deposit page within your Account for the current list.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above a certain threshold may trigger additional verification checks.
5.3 Deposit Fees. nono4d does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility.
5.4 Deposit Crediting. Deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours. Deposits made outside banking hours or during system maintenance may take longer.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you legally own. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from a third party for use on nono4d, is strictly prohibited.
Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider constitutes fraud. nono4d will immediately suspend the associated Account, forfeit all balances, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
6.2 Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your nono4d Account. nono4d will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC review are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and within 15 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), subject to receiving bank processing windows.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. nono4d reserves the right to require Players to wager their initial deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal is approved, even where no bonus has been claimed, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings. Players seeking limit increases may apply through live chat support.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by nono4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail.
7.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all deposit match bonuses carry a rollover (turnover) requirement of at least 5× the combined deposit and bonus amount before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute to rollover requirements at different rates. Sportsbook bets with odds of 1.50 or higher typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. nono4d's automated systems cross-reference these identifiers to detect duplicate bonus claims.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, stake manipulation, or coordinated multi-account activity constitutes bonus abuse. nono4d reserves the right to void all bets placed with bonus funds, forfeit any winnings, and permanently close the associated Account without prior notice.
Seasonal Promotions: nono4d regularly runs special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Subscribe to nono4d's notification service within your Account to receive alerts for limited-time offers.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on nono4d are subject to acceptance by the Platform. nono4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a price has been published in error or where market integrity concerns exist.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each market prior to bet placement. These limits may be applied at the individual Player level based on betting history, account status, or risk management considerations.
8.3 Palpable Errors. Where a betting market is offered at an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), nono4d reserves the right to void all bets placed at that price, regardless of whether the outcome has been determined, and to refund the original stake to the Player's Balance.
8.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. nono4d accepts no liability for communication delays, connection interruptions, or data latency that may affect in-play bet placement.
8.5 Togel (Traditional Numbers Lottery) Rules. Togel draws conducted on the nono4d Platform follow official published draw schedules (WIB). Results are final upon publication. Disputes regarding togel outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the draw.
8.6 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting authority, game provider, or draw operator. In the event of a dispute, nono4d's settlement decision is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure in clause 14.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nono4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 All content on the nono4d Platform — including but not limited to the nono4d brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of nono4d or its licensed content providers.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent from nono4d.
10.3 Game content, including slot titles and live dealer streams, is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All relevant intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.
11.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by nono4d is governed by nono4d's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in that document.
11.2 nono4d may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud-prevention providers to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. nono4d does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies.
11.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by nono4d by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Deletion requests are subject to nono4d's legal data-retention obligations.
12.1 nono4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

13.1 The nono4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nono4d excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13.2 nono4d shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if nono4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.3 nono4d's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
13.4 nono4d accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) telecommunications or internet failures beyond nono4d's reasonable control; (b) force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action; (c) the Player's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. nono4d does not guarantee any outcome, winning result, or return on any Wager.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law. nono4d operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not make representations as to the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact nono4d support via live chat or email at [email protected] and allow nono4d a period of 30 calendar days to attempt informal resolution before commencing formal proceedings.
14.3 Formal Disputes. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Bet Settlement Disputes. Disputes regarding the settlement of individual bets must be raised within 24 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered, except in cases of manifest technical error.
15.1 nono4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit an Account closure request before the effective date.
